Boiled chicken eggs – 10 each
Century Eggs – 10 each
Tomato – 10 each
Cucumber – 1 each
Lettuce – 1 each
Boiled lean pork – 700 grams
Bacon bits – Dashes
Boiled tiger prawn (medium) – 10 each
Sauce
English salad cream – Desired
Mayonnaise – Desired
Steps
- Slice all ingredients into approximately 2mm thickness where applicable;
- Peel and slice prawns into halves;
- Mix sauce in a bowl, cling-wrap and chill for 3 hrs;
- Scatter some lettuces on base of serving plate; stack every ingredients alternately layer by layer; cling-wrap and chill for 3 hrs;
- Pour sauce onto ingredients only BEFORE serving, dashes with bacon bits on top.
