Serves 10Ingredients
Squid (Sotong) – 1 kg
Big Onion (slice) – 2 each
Small Onion (slice) – 5 each
Red chili (slice) – 2 each
Tomato (quashed) -1 each
Sauces
Salt – ¼ tbsp.
Sambal Chili paste – ¾ bowl
Lime (squeeze for juice) – 2 each
Sugar – 1 table spoon
Prawn-paste (Chin-Cha-lo) – 2 table spoons
Steps
- Slice Squid and all Other Ingredients into long strips;
- Heat wok, add oil, big fire, stir fry Small Onions for 5 minutes;
- Maintain big fire, add Sambal Chili Paste, Tomato, Big Onion,all other Sauces and stir fry for another 5 minutes;
- Maintain very big fire, add Squid & Red Chili and fry quickly for only 1 minutes;
- Serves hot, goes well with boiled rice and Prawn-paste!
