Salted Fish – 300 grams (or desired quantity)
Mackerel Fish – 3 slices
Pork Belly – 2 kg
Preserved vegetable (longish type) – 10 strips
(chai-bo)
Chinese parsleys – 5 stalks
Sauces
Light sauce – 2 table spoons
Pepper – Desired
Steps
- Slice Pork Belly into small bite sizes;
- Prepare one pot of water and bring to boil;
- Add all Ingredients and Sauces, simmer with small fire for 1 ½ hours until Pork Belly soften;
- De-oil the soup;
- Serves hot, goes well with boiled rice.
