White Radish Beef Soup™

Serves 10

Ingredients
Beef Shank (cut into cubes) – 2 kg
White Raddish (cut into cubes) – 1 each
Large Onion (cut into ¼ slices) – 6 each
Water – 20 cups

Sauces
Salt (fine) – 1 table spoon
Pepper – Desired

Steps

1. Bring water to boil in a big pot, add all Ingredients and Sauces;
2. Turn to small fire and boil for 1 ½ hour;
3. Serves hot, goes well with boiled rice.
